SERVICOM – Service Compact with All Nigerians The core principle of SERVICOM is to ensure that citizens receive timely, fair, honest, effective, and transparent services from government agencies. At FUTH Wukari, SERVICOM is the Engine for Service Delivery Programme and a vital bridge between the hospital and the public. Our Commitment The Compact’s core provision states: “We dedicate ourselves to providing the basic services to which citizens are entitled, timely, fairly, honestly, effectively and transparently.” The SERVICOM Charter We are bound to uphold the following commitments: - Provision of services within realistic and transparent time-frames. - Clearly specifying officials to whom complaints may be addressed. - Conducting surveys to measure and improve customer satisfaction. Additional Information
The Nursing Services Department is also deeply involved in training and research, playing a vital role in fulfilling the hospital’s mandate of human capital development. It works closely with the Federal Ministry of Health to ensure quality standards are maintained.
